A kitchen close to the sea
The Mainho team has begun a new Project were we visit the installations realized by our distributors to let our followers know the opinion of the Mainho users and also discover new restaurants, their history, specialties and gastronomic proposals. In this occasion our friends from Reima Hosteleria, based in Els Monjos, presented us the restaurant La Verema. This Mediterranean cuisine restaurant is situated in front of the sea at Comarruga beach (Tarragona).
When we entered in the place we were surprised by the good design of the saloon and the big window that allow the customers to see the interior of the kitchen. The fact of exposing the kitchen to the customers is something risky for the owner but it projects to the customer’s confidence in their equipment and, above all, in their personnel.
La Verema, that just celebrated its first year, has an awesome Linea 90 from Lotus and it shines as the first day. It is a clear example as the result of taking care and value the equipment, that supposes them time and effort.
They define their kitchen as “sailor food”, based on rice, fish and all the possibilities this products offer. Furthermore, they have a really equilibrated price between quality and service.
We also wanted to know about the chef’s opinion, Antxon. He has a large experience as chef in restaurants and hotels where he has been working with many different equipment brands, and he told us: “In all the years I have working in the kitchen I’ve been able to work with many brands, and this is one of the best I have worked with, I’m very happy with it”.
We want to thank La Verema for the treatment they gave us and also to Reima Hosteleria for the installation they made. We are very glad for having this feedback coming from professionals who are working with our equipment, something that helps us to improve day by day.
