Mainho Barbecues: the complete range for every type of kitchen

If you’re looking for a new Mainho barbecue or grill, you often have doubts about which machine to choose based on your kitchen’s needs, so in this post we’re going to try to answer all your questions

The main question: what are the differences between your barbecues and a charcoal one? For that one, we have a dedicated post on the blog where we walk you through the pros and cons of each type.

All our grills are designed to offer power, durability, and perfect heat control in every professional kitchen, adapting to the real needs of each business. With that, we’ve already got a lot covered. We also work with volcanic stone in most of our barbecues because it’s a clean, durable material with excellent heat transfer (here we share all the tricks to get the most out of it).

But not every kitchen needs the same thing, which is why we offer different series designed for different requirements.
